First, the resources - located on the side bar to the right. Assignment Calendar: this has the assignments for each day and the assignment due dates. Field trips will also be on the calendar to help us all stay on the same page. Click on any entry on the calendar for additional information on the assignment or field trip.
Under the "Helpful Links" section, is the "Assignment and Resource File Cabinet." This link leads you to the magical receptacle of the electronic versions of assignments, assessment rubrics and resources pages with strategies for ongoing assignments and major projects. Additional helpful links take you to math resource pages as well as the "Love and Logic" page. The core beliefs and strategies of "Love and Logic" greatly inform the classroom management of fifth grade, and is also a wonderful resource for families. Additional links and resources will be added as our journey progresses.
The fall field trip season is upon us, which will provide a wealth of images and stories, so stay tuned! Oh, the places we will go!
